Due to our expanding and growing business activities with customers and suppliers worldwide in Asia, Middle East and Europe. Our company is now looking for highly motivated, creative, innovative and qualified people to fulfill the following positions as :

• Male or female with max. 30 years old
• Hold min. S1 degree with min. GPA 3,00 majoring in Psychology, Law, Human Resources Management or other related disciplines.
• Possess min. 3 years experiences in similar position at international trading or freight forwarding company. 
• Excellent knowledge & skill of HR function (Recruitment, T&D, Personel, Reward, OD, Performance, IR) also GA activities (Building Maintenance, Office Management, Facility & Vehicles, Corporate Affair).
• Fluent in English both oral and written, also Mandarin / Hokkian dialect is an advantage.
• Familiar with computer literate (Ms. Office) and other proficient related software. 
• Able to work under pressure with tight deadline and with minimal supervision. 
• Able to function effectively as an individual or team player, self-motivated and well-organized person. 
• Having ability to work in a multi-cultural environment and attention to detail person. 
• Able to communicate clearly and effectively to all levels within an organization. 
• Willing to travel frequently across Indonesia and overseas. 
• Possess strong leadership, analytical thinking and interpersonal skills. 
• Fresh graduated are welcome to apply for staff level position.
