- Creating menus for East Meets West Fusin Fine Dining
- Food preparation
- Managing Kitchen Team (Including Scheduling, Training and supervising the kitchen operation)
- Advanced cooking skills and techniques
- Finely honed sense of smell and taste
- Ability to work on a team
- Ability to work quicky
- Eye for safety and sanitation
- Establishing and maintaining contacts with vendors
- Marketing
- Overseeing customer relations

Persyaratan
|
- Minimum Diploma Degree from Hotel Institute
- More than 5 years of working experiences
- Preferably have experienced as Executive Chef for fine dining restaurant, hotels and / or hospitality industry
- Well-developed sense of taste and smell
- Good personal hygiene and a willingness to work with a team
- Familiarity with a foreign language may also prove useful in communicating with other workers
- Perfect English is a must
- Gordon Ramsay style is your style or similar
- Ideally expat or Indonesian with long international experiences
- Strong in Asian / Pacific Rim Cuisine and Western
