Deskripsi Kerja
|
- Create, implement and assess the hotel strategy and oversee the daily operation of all department
- Dealing with Law and regulation as well as external environment
- Providing renewal and innovation in hotel facilities and services
- Sets sales and expenses budgets for his/her area of responsibility and ensures the implementation and corrective actions as necessary.

- oversee the pre-opening preparation and launch of the hotel
- Manage the hotel operations with strong team spirit
- Ensure that efficient and high quality service is provided in line with The Singhasari standards.
- Ensure the smooth and efficient day to day operation of all operational departments.
- Ensure long term profitability of the operational departments.
- Maximize revenue and yield opportunities.
- Leading a team, driving performance and expanding market share, meeting targets set for sales volume and profitability
- Conduct regular analysis on all departments to continuously improve productivity, quality, market competitiveness and service standards.
- Senior management role, running a business, with the full P & L, operational and sales leadership responsibility.
- Any other duties as designated by the Property Director

Persyaratan
|
- Level of education: minimum Bachelor Degree
- Minimum 3 years strong operational background as General Manager
- Successful pre-opening experience is preferred
- Experience in all sector hotel operational including spa and banquet
- Experience in dealing with Indonesian government’s tax, law and regulation
- Fluent in English and Mandarin both written and spoken
- 5 starred hotel experience is a plus
- Strong leadership with ability to motivate, lead, train and develop the team
- Reliable, organized and pro-active.
- To build and maintain strong relationships and be an ambassador for the hotel within the local marketplace and community.
